Welcome to RUC Warehouse. These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your use of the RUC Warehouse website (the Site), operated by RUC on Rails Limited (NZBN 9429053041746) (we, us, or our).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

RUC Warehouse is a platform designed to offer bulk Road User Charges (RUC) purchasing for New Zealand vehicle owners. The Site currently operates as a pre-launch information and notification service.

The Site is intended for general informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any content.

RUC Warehouse has not yet launched its full services. Currently, the Site provides:

• Information about bulk RUC purchasing
• Details about available pack types
• Email notification sign-up for launch updates
• General information about Road User Charges in New Zealand

No purchases can be made through the Site at this time. When services launch, additional terms relating to purchases, payments, and service delivery will apply.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Site
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Site in any way that could damage our reputation or business

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RUC on Rails Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Waka Kotahi NZTA. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current
• The Site will meet your specific requirements

Information about RUC rates, vehicle eligibility, and regulations is provided for general guidance only. You should verify current requirements with Waka Kotahi NZTA.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RUC on Rails Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RUC on Rails Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

We may:

• Modify or discontinue the Site at any time
• Update these Terms without notice

Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
